spiritual woman gazing into the distance

Let’s talk about

BEING STUCK.

Being a leader is scary.
Career transitions and identity shifts are scary.
Not knowing where to go next is scary.

These situations are full of uncertainty and unknowns — you don’t know what’s going to happen, there’s no way to find out what will happen, and it’s often challenging to reverse course once you’ve started. You just have to take the leap.

But it helps to have someone there to lend you strength, someone you can lean on who is stable and grounded. Someone who can help keep you upright and on track. Someone who you can talk to about the uncertainties. Someone who will witness your entire journey and be a guardian of the whole story.

If you’re here because you’re searching for a greater connection to your innate knowing, a way to hear the voice of guidance from you inner leader, or someone to give you a little push and tell it to you straight while you take the first steps into a new life, I can help you.

As a coach, I can’t tell you which steps to take in life. But I can guide you in inner exploration. That journey will help you learn to listen to the voice of intuition that can shine a light and steer you into a life you love. Let’s walk the path together.

What other people think

There's a feeling you exude when you're at your best. It's this magical combination of playful and confident. Grounded and irreverent. It shows up when you're chilling out at home, convincing people to be playful, deciding to quit your job. There's no "exact thing you're doing". There's something you're being.

A special skill you’re gifted with is you have an incredible ability to make decisions and then just execute on them without second-guessing yourself.

You have helped me feel confident and empowered without pushing me beyond what I feel is safe.

You seem to be less impacted by societal narratives of what one is "supposed to do" or "the right way to do things" than other people I know. It makes your advice and input really valuable. Very "no-bullshit".

Being around you encourages me to own my truth and advocate for the things I want.

You bring a certain energy with you. It’s not overwhelming and you don’t become the center of attention but it feels like there’s always a base level of potential available to be directed and activated towards something.

A really great model of how to be direct AND emotional/playful. In my 20s I struggled to balance both of these things together at the same time, I was either super serious or just playful. Spending a bunch of time together has shown me how to do this and allowed me to have a playground to do this together.

Your opinion isn't influenced by social standards, I get the impression that you feel, think, and express yourself in the way you want to regardless of how it's interpreted.

You have non-judgment and compassion for anything that is real/vulnerable for a person. If something unexpected happens or something is shared I feel like you have a special ability to kindly, compassionately react without judgment or "wronging".
